Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences and understand how it is used.

• Strictly necessary: essential for the site to work (session, security, checkout). They cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies: remember choices such as language or region.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand, in aggregate and anonymised form, how the site is used.
• Marketing cookies: used to measure campaigns and show relevant content. You can turn them off from the banner or from “Cookie settings”.

03Main cookies and tools we use

Below are the main cookies and tools, grouped by category. Durations are indicative (third-party ones are set by those providers):

• Necessary: cf_consent (CarInfo) stores your cookie preferences · 180 days.
• Necessary: the session & authentication cookie (CarInfo) keeps your session and cart · session duration.
• Necessary: Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) handles payment security and fraud prevention · from minutes up to 1 year.
• Necessary: Cloudflare (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) provides security and anti-bot protection · from 30 minutes up to 1 year.
• Analytics (on by default): Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (_ga, _ga_*) provide aggregate usage statistics · up to 2 years.
• Analytics (on by default): Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) provides page-usage analytics · up to 1 year.
• Marketing (on by default): Meta Pixel (_fbp) measures campaigns and shows relevant ads · up to 3 months.
• Marketing (on by default): TikTok Pixel (_ttp) measures campaigns and shows relevant ads · up to 13 months.
• Marketing (on by default): Google Ads (_gcl_*) measures Google Ads conversions · up to 90 days.

04Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by third parties (e.g. the payment processor for transaction security or the analytics and marketing tools above), who process data under their own privacy policies.

05Your choices

Analytics and marketing cookies are active from your first visit. When you arrive we show a banner where you choose whether they stay on:

• “Only necessary” turns them off, “Accept all” keeps them, and “Settings” lets you choose separately, per category (analytics, marketing);
• you can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer;
• once you turn them off, the analytics and marketing tools no longer use cookies. Google may still receive cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed), used for aggregate statistics. You can delete the cookies already stored from your browser settings;
• your choice is kept for about 180 days, then we ask again.

06Managing cookies

Besides our banner, you can accept, reject or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
